  • Software development services may not be refunded once the project has started, but we can discuss potential issues to find a fair solution.

Exemptions

Refunds will not be issued if the service has been used or activated beyond the normal limits or for any reason related to customer dissatisfaction with any content or features of the product that were clearly outlined during the purchase process.
